What to Expect
Karen Haughey has been facilitating Mindfulness Workshops and classes in healthcare for the past three decades.
They consist of interactive, verbal and written exercises, and focus primarily on the development of healthy self-esteem, personal intentions, manifesting goals, and how to empower yourself and others with positivity.
Location: TBD. I have been holding classes at Washington Hospital and at the Serra Center. I’ve also taught at high schools, businesses, libraries, etc. and I’ll be teaching at the Senior Center this summer as well.
Sessions: Each session is approximately 2 hours in length. Small and large groups are acceptable.
